2026 Grand National Champions

Jaida Jobe, Grand National Women's Solo, Strut, and Artistic Twirl Champion

Jaida, who hails from Sacramento, Calif., is a member of Team USA and will represent the U.S. in both Freestyle and Team (with her team, Revolution) at the 2026 World Freestyle and Rhythmic Twirl Championship in Paris, France. A sophomore and feature twirler at Arizona State University, Jaida is majoring in sociology and minoring in psychology and counseling. She works as both a research assistant and teacher's assistant and is also a member of Chi Omega Sorority.

Byron Anderson, Grand National Men's Solo Champion

Byron, who is from Fort Collins, Colo., also won the Men's Solo Grand National Championship in 2025. He is a freshman and feature twirler at Arizona State University, where he is studying political science. Outside of twirling, Byron enjoys hiking, camping, reading, playing the piano, singing, and hanging out with friends.

Micah Beaudoin, Grand National 2-Baton Champion

Micah is a sophomore and feature twirler at the University of South Carolina where she is studying exercise science and plans to pursue a career as a physician's assistant. In 2027, she will represent the U.S. in Solo and 2-Baton at the World Technical Baton Twirling Championship in Liverpool, England. When she's not twirling, Micah loves going to the beach, going on walks, playing pickleball, and volunteering in the nursery at her church. She is from Poughquag, NY.

Julia Arciola Hier, Grand National 3-Baton Champion

Julia is a baton twirling coach and a substitute teacher at North Broward Preparatory School in Broward County, Florida. She earned her master's degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies with a focus on China from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her bachelor's degree in Global Studies/International Relations from the University of Illinois. She was a feature twirler at both schools. In her free time, Julia loves learning new languages, trying new restaurants with her husband, and looking for the best travel deals.
